DRAFT Awaiting review by a lawyer and final approval. The wording may change.

At aidan (“aidan”, “we”, “us”) we collect very little, and only what we need to get back to you. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who else handles it and what your rights are.

This policy covers the website aidan.co.il (the “Site”).

1. Who is responsible

The controller of the database is legal entity name, company/business no. ___, address ___. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you use the form:

  • the email address you enter (we ask for a work email);
  • when it was sent, and which page and language version it came from;
  • whether the address belongs to a personal email service (such as Gmail), so we know if it’s a work email;
  • the ID of the consent wording shown next to the field when you sent it.

When you email us: the content of the correspondence and anything you choose to share, such as your name, role and company.

What we don’t collect:

  • we don’t store your IP address in our database;
  • the Site sets no cookies, whether for marketing or for tracking;
  • we don’t profile you, buy lists or match your details against other databases.

Please don’t send us sensitive information (such as medical details or ID numbers) through the form or by email. We don’t need it.

3. Why we use it

Only to:

  1. get back to you about aidan, at your request: to schedule a meeting, answer your questions and continue the conversation you started;
  2. protect the Site from spam and bots (see section 5);
  3. meet legal obligations, where they apply.

We don’t use it for anything else, and we never sell it.

4. Giving us information is voluntary, and marketing only with consent

You are under no legal obligation to give us any information. If you don’t leave an email address, we simply can’t get back to you.

When you submit the form, you are asking us to contact you about aidan, and we will reply to you personally. We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you advertising (newsletters, promotions, a series of marketing emails) without your separate, explicit consent, as section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982 requires. If you consent and later change your mind, email “remove me” to [email protected] and that’s it.
